Introduction
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies OWQLO Hub (hereinafter, "the Site") uses, for what purpose, for how long, and how you can manage them.

1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit. It is used to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language or other settings, which can make your next visit easier and the site more useful to you.
Alongside cookies we may use other technologies such as localStorage or sessionStorage, which serve similar purposes and are subject to the same rules described here.
2. What cookies do we use?
OWQLO Hub keeps the number of cookies to the minimum necessary. At the time this policy is written, the Site:
- Does NOT use marketing cookies or behavioural advertising.
- Does NOT use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics tool.
- DOES use first-party analytics (PostHog, hosted in the European Union) to understand how the Site is used, and ONLY if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. If you do not accept, nothing is activated or stored in your browser.
- Does NOT load tracking pixels from social networks.
- DOES use a strictly necessary language preference cookie to remember the language in which you prefer to view the Site between visits.

4. Third-party services
The Site loads resources from the following third parties. At the time this policy is written, none of them sets cookies on their CDN or tracks the user beyond the standard HTTP request required to serve the resource:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com): supplies the Space Grotesk typeface. Google states that requests to these endpoints contain no cookies and are logged anonymously.
- Unsplash (images.unsplash.com): supplies editorial images that serve as placeholders while we deploy our own content. Requests to its CDN do not set persistent cookies.
- Firebase App Hosting (Google Cloud, infrastructure): hosts the Site. The infrastructure may receive standard technical headers on each HTTP request, but does not set tracking cookies in the Hub visitor's browser.
5. Analytics
We use PostHog as our product analytics tool, on its European infrastructure (eu.posthog.com), to understand how the Site is used and improve it:
- It is activated only with your consent. Until you press "Accept" in the banner, the SDK is disabled and writes nothing to your browser.
- We record page views, the page you land on, where you came from (referrer and campaign parameters) and the steps you complete in the booking flow.
- We neither sell nor share this data, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.
- You can change your mind at any time using the button at the end of this page, or by clearing the Site data in your browser.
- We do not use analytics without prior consent, in line with the GDPR and the EU ePrivacy Directive.
6. How to manage or disable cookies
You can accept, refuse or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. Refusing the technical language cookie does not prevent using the Site, but your language preference will not be remembered between visits.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in the services we activate. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. For substantial changes (for example, adding analytics cookies), we will inform you via banner or email to registered users.
